To create an invoice in FBO Director, start by clicking the "Create an Invoice" link in the navigation menu.

On the FBO Director invoice page start by entering a customer code or a tail number. For transient customers use "Valued Customer"

After you select a customer be sure to check the customer alerts to the right of the customer address block. You can click these notes to see an expanded display.

Click on the "Add Fuel" button to record fuel tickets and invoice fuel transactions and use the "Add Item" button to add other products and services to the invoice.

After clicking the "Add Fuel" button you will need to enter a fuel ticket to sell fuel. Simply choose your equipment then enter your meter readings.

If you click the "Add Item" button you can sell all of your miscellaneous products and services such as catering and pilot shop supplies.

After you have finished entering your invoice data it's time to either save or discard the invoice. You can save an invoice by taking payment or by leaving it open.

When you take payment on an invoice you will be prompted to enter your initials before being forwarded to the appropriate receive payment page.

The payment details you will be required to enter will depend upon the payment type selected. FBO Director supports a variety of payment types and credit card processors.

After receiving payment on an invoice FBO Director allows you to capture a customers signature electronically for printout or display on an emailed invoice.

Once you have completed capturing your customers signature you can choose to print out the invoice if you wish to print or email it.

Your completed invoice can be printed to standard letter sized paper to a 3 inch receipt printer or it can be emailed directly to the customer.
